Job Description

Our Client Services team are the primary contacts for our clients. This team is great at identifying client needs and providing strategic guidance & management to marshal the agency’s resources and achieve standout results from the communications and experiences we create. We are looking for a new addition to this team.

The role will be primarily responsible for managing the projects and accounts for Golin’s Office 365 and SharePoint team, Architect 365. The successful candidate will play a key role in building client relationships, developing business and acting as the project lead on a variety of SharePoint & Office 365 intranet, portal and campaign site builds.

Day to day responsibilities
• Work directly with clients alongside our internal team to help shape ideas and respond to briefs with cutting-edge solutions.
• Be a key influencer of strategic and creative work across the integrated agency team.
• Own and develop strong client relationships, proactively suggesting new projects and securing additional revenue.
• Work with the Technical Director to write proposals, tender responses, and pitching in-person to prospective clients.
• Identify goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets for a given project and negotiate statements of work and/or retainers.
• Develop accurate budgets and timelines, ensuring that these are kept on track during the course of delivery to ensure we meet all client and business objectives.
• Work closely with our Production Manager to schedule internal resource, keeping her up to date on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
• Take accountability for projects from the initial kick-off meeting to final deployment and beyond.
• Lead regular client meetings to ensure smooth project progress.
• Input into site navigation maps & wire frames. Be comfortable presenting IA and UX solutions to clients.
• Feed into our forecasting, resourcing and planning process to ensure we meet our business financial objectives.
• Help the Digital management team actively pursue new clients and revenue sources.
• Understand the services offered by the wider agency to be able to confidently present this at new business meetings and pitches.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal person
• Passionate about customer success and delivering business value through sensible application of technology and lean delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrates a sharp point of view on the basic principles of marketing, communications and media
• Enjoys speaking in public and has experience to back it up.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to think on your feet, to be creative and talk about a wide variety of complex issues will be an asset.
• Experience with solutions based on Microsoft platforms and modern web technologies – SharePoint, Office 365, .NET, SQL Server, Power BI, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, React etc. among others.
• Has a good working knowledge of the end-to-end web development process
• Exceeds client expectations by knowing what they need before they ask.
• Is not intimidated by the idea of working with big brands or global clients.
• Has worked on a range of projects and types of work for large accounts e.g. campaigns, web, mobile, social, video, and brand.
• A people person. You will need to develop lasting client and internal relationships, so it’s crucial that you’re likeable and authentic.
• Excellent organisational skills. You must be able to prioritise, multi-task, work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure. All while re-assuring clients and motivating the internal team.

Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Digital agency or similar working on interactive projects, and working with creative and tech teams and clients
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Who are we?
Architect 365 is a digital team within Golin, an awesome PR agency that is part of the Interpublic Group. We work on internal websites, portals and applications for clients such as Bupa, Unilever and Tesco. As an agency, we also plan, design, develop and launch a range of consumer sites, apps, motion and social content for a wide range of clients including Magnum, Persil, Mondelez and Top Trumps. We are based in the old Prudential building next to Chancery Lane Tube station.
