Full-Time SharePoint Administrator

This new position will be responsible for design, implementation and support of Extranet and Intranet web infrastructures, using SharePoint.
You will help define and develop software and infrastructure specifications and requirements for enhancements to existing systems and for new systems.
Work with end-users to define business, technical, and functional requirements and assist in the roll out of SharePoint. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technology professional looking to work within a dynamic and evolving team.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience in developing and administering MS SharePoint Portal, maintaining websites, and supporting Windows Active Directory, and SharePoint 2007 server administration.
Must be an experienced SharePoint 2007 power user with a firm understanding of the benefits and appropriate use of customization and have an understanding of generally accepted best practices for SharePoint capacity planning, infrastructure rollout, governance, and development.
Must have the ability to clearly communicate and the ability to edit and write content for the site; prior Microsoft experience is important.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field required.
This is a Monday-Friday, day shift position with possibility of an occsional weekend.
