Job Description
- Work with Strategic Program Office teams to gather requirements and consult on technical improvements and solutions for multiple project-related and organizational SharePoint Sites
- Architect and design SharePoint implementations using best practices
- Define standards and implement across existing and new project-based SharePoint sites managed by the Strategic Program Office to drive consistency and ease of use
- Implement and customize SharePoint based solutions
- Implement SharePoint based workflow
- Resolve issues as reported by the business
- Champion and train users in any new tools or applications
- Organize and manipulate large quantities of data in analytical process Job Requirements Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in science or engineering or closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of system experience in developing and/or supporting applications to solve business problems
- Minimum 2 years of experience building, designing, and customizing SharePoint websites preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail are necessary
- Must be a strong team player with good problem solving, and good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently, have computer experience and have knowledge of FDA Regulations, Application of Good Laboratory Practices, and Application of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and plan for the future
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions with limited assistance
- Ability to solicit feedback and information from others in an open environment
- Ability to build relationships across functional boundaries at multiple levels internally and externally
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
